After two years of extensive development and testing, the Blowsion OVP (Over the Pivot) Steering System has been released, marking a breakthrough in the stand-up watercraft market. This innovative steering system is designed to work in harmony with the Blowsion Billet Handlepole. offering riders a revolutionary approach to steering and handling. By steering directly over the pivot point, the OVP system dramatically increases steering response, providing unmatched precision in controlling the ski.
CNC Machined Billet Aluminum Construction
Crafted from billet aluminum using advanced CNC machining, this one-piece steering system is designed for durability and superior performance. The OVP system includes a heavy-duty tapered bearing that evenly distributes the lateral load on the handlebars, and the integrated zerk fitting makes greasing the bearings simple. With its completely sealed design using three O-rings, this system is saltwater approved and resistant to bearing corrosion.
Enhanced Steering Precision
The Blowsion OVP Steering System is designed to minimize slack and ensure the rider enjoys a smooth, precise feel while riding. The locking nut eliminates slackening, allowing for rider-specific tension adjustment. It also features three variable steering ratio position locations, making it adaptable for both Yamaha and Kawasaki watercraft models. Its under-mount design is free of protruding bolts, nuts, or screws, eliminating common “knee busters” during aggressive rides.
Custom Color Options and Easy Installation
This system is available in six anodized colors (Black, Clear, Red, Blue, and Green), allowing you to customize the look of your watercraft. Installation is made easy with a single center pivot bolt for quick access.
Note: The OVP Steering System is only compatible with Fat Straight, Fat Riser, or 4-Degree Fat Bars (sold separately), and must be used with the Blowsion Billet Handlepole for optimal performance.
