JCRacing SXR1500 Rear Sponsons - Ultimate Handling Upgrade
These sponsons will provide both the average recreational rider and the world-class professional the confidence they are seeking to push this new 1500 to its limits while creating the desired comfortable and predictable ride.
Choose which rear blades are best for you. If you are a recreational rider, go with our Gen1 blades. If you are an aggressive racer, try our “Race” rear blades.
Add a set of mid sponsons for the ultimate handling package available for the SXR1500. Use our #219 detached mid sponsons if you are not racing IJSBA sanctioned events.
Enhanced Stability and Control
The design of these sponsons started with a 3D scan of the hull to ensure a perfect fit. This innovative design fills the bond flange completely, preventing the ski from feeling like it's being held down in corners, and creates stability in rough water conditions at high speeds by offering a wider “wheelbase.”
Customizable for Your Riding Style
This package includes either our original Gen1 rear blades or our new “RACE” rear blades, both adjustable up and down, as well as forward and backward, offering 24 different locations to best suit rider preference and ability. We suggest starting at position 4 from the rear for balanced performance.
Made in America Quality
All parts are made in-house in AMERICA, machined from the highest-grade billet aluminum alloys and anodized to prevent corrosion. The kit includes marine-grade 316 stainless steel hardware for a complete, corrosion-resistant upgrade.
