This ride plate is a direct bolt on replacement for all recreational or competition SXI Pro's and SXR 800's allowing most riders to ride faster while expending less energy.

The plate is considerably longer then the OEM plate with our trademark 'D' cut in it, the extra length of the plate holds the boat flatter and stops proposing, the 'D' cut makes a big difference to the handling in several ways:
1. It helps to hold the boat flatter in rough water and under initial acceleration, as the bow lifts, the 'D' cut out bites into the water pulling the boat back down which lets the pump get better hook-up and drive
2. When you are cornering hard the 'D' cut out keeps the boat more stable by allowing water to travel over the top of the plate through the cut-out

The tradeoff between adequate spark energy and adequate spark duration ends with AEM’s High-Output Inductive Coils, the first inductive coils that deliver CDI-like spark energy and voltage, and the long spark duration necessary for vehicles running high compression, high RPM, forced induction and/or nitrous engines.

Auto enthusiasts who have forced induction engines, high RPM engines or run nitrous oxide are aware of the compromises that come with using inductive coils instead of converting to a Capacitive Discharge Ignition system (CDI). While inductive coils deliver a long spark duration with simplicity, they lack the energy to adequately ignite the mixture in the combustion chamber of a highly modified performance vehicle. Conversely, CDIs deliver an intense burst of spark energy, but with practically no spark duration, which makes having the proper air/fuel mixture in the combustion chamber paramount for best performance. This compromise ends with AEM’s High-Output IGBT “Smart” Inductive Coils.

AEM’s High-Output, Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) “Smart” Inductive Coils are designed for use on applications that do not have an external igniter.

AiM MyChron dashes in some applications require an RPM filter to smooth out the signal from the ignition to the dash. (The Bosch Blue coil typical in FF1600 applications is one example.) If your AiM dash has a jagged RPM trace or if the shift lights come on erratically, this RPM filter (AiM ARP03) should cure the problem.

Simply connect the white wire to your coil signal wire (or the blue wire to your ECU rpm signal wire), and the other three wires to power, ground, and the AiM dash.

The SmartyCam 3 Sport is a solid-state digital video camera that can be used as a stand-alone camera or connected to an AiM data logger for brilliant videos with data overlay. All of the information from the data logger can be overlaid on screen and recorded as part of the video footage -- no syncing necessary later.

As a stand-alone camera, the SmartyCam 3 records brilliant, wave-free 1920x1080P HD racing videos. Connect the SmartyCam 3 to an AiM data logger (anything from a Solo2 DL or MyChron5 to an EVO5 logger) and you can expand the overlay to include information from those sources. When connected to a GPS-enabled logger, the GPS data gets embedded in the video file as well. When you import the data file and the video file into RaceStudio 3, the two files will automatically sync so you can see WHAT happened, exactly WHEN it happened. No more guessing about whether the driver caused something to happen, or if the driver reacted to something happening!

Records true HD video to your MicroSD memory card (not included; supports up to 2 TB cards). Battery lasts less than 20 minutes, so connection to a logger or vehicle power is required*. Waterproof for use on open cars, motorcycles, and personal watercraft. The wide-angle (84°) field of view on this camera is ideal for open vehicles or mounting to the windshield on sedans. (Mounting this version to the rollbar or main roll hoop behind the driver in a sedan will get a lot of roof, floor, and driver in the shot). The built-in rear-facing preview screen makes aiming the camera easy. The improved sapphire glass lens (similar to a watch crystal) is much harder than the glass used on previous generations for greater resistance to rock chips.
