The 2024+ Sea-Doo lineup moved to the new MG1 ECU, and the 325 hp RXP-X, RXT-X, and GTX are the fastest production skis Sea-Doo has ever built. Even so, the factory calibration holds them back with speed limiters, throttle delays, and conservative fueling. CMS was among the first to unlock and tune the MG1, and we handle the whole process for you.

The rest of the 2024+ lineup shares the same MG1 ECU, and the same unlock and tuning process applies. If your ski is 2024 or newer, this is your page. 2016–2024 models on the previous ECU have their own page.
🔓 How the MG1 Process Works
The MG1 ECU is locked from the factory and needs a one-time bench unlock before it can be flashed. We do the unlock in our shop, and you have two ways to get your tune:

All 2024+ Sea-Doo tunes are calibrated for 93 octane pump gas. No race fuel required. Fill up at the pump and ride.

❓ FAQs
Do I have to ship my ECU?
Yes, once, for the bench unlock. If you choose mail-in, we load the tune at the same time and you're done. If you choose the RTD, every flash after the unlock is wireless.
Can I do a mail-in reflash instead of buying the RTD?
Yes. Send us the ECU, we unlock it and load your calibration, and ship it back. The RTD is optional; it's for riders who want to flash, update, and datalog at home.
Do you tune modified engines?
Yes. The configurator asks whether your engine is stock or has internal modifications, and the calibration is built for your actual setup.
How much faster will my ski be?
Real-world results depend on your ski's condition, load, and water conditions, so we don't promise a specific number. We calibrate each tune to get the most out of your ski safely on 93 octane.
Can I go back to stock?
Yes. Your stock calibration is backed up. RTD customers can restore it anytime; mail-in customers can request a return to stock.
Is my warranty affected?
ECU modifications can affect factory warranty coverage. Most of our customers accept the trade for the performance.
