The Sea-Doo Spark is one of the most rewarding skis to tune. The 900 ACE engine leaves real performance locked away in the factory calibration, and a CMS custom tune opens it up with no engine work required. We tune all Sea-Doo Spark models and years, including the Spark Trixx.
➕ What a CMS Spark Tune Does
- 60 HP unlocked to 90 HP output. The 60 HP and 90 HP Spark share the same 900 ACE engine. The difference is the factory calibration, and we unlock it.
- Factory speed limiter removed. Ride to the Spark's true potential instead of the factory cap.
- Sharper throttle response. Factory throttle delays and torque limiters are eliminated for instant response off the line.
- Optimized fueling and RPM limits. Calibrated for 93 octane pump gas, matched to your ski's condition and setup.

Can you unlock my 60 HP Spark to 90 HP?
Yes. Both versions run the same 900 ACE engine. The 60 HP is limited by its factory calibration, and our tune unlocks the full 90 HP output.
Which Spark models can you tune?
All of them, every Sea-Doo Spark model and year, including Trixx. The configurator confirms your exact setup.
How much faster will my Spark be?
Real-world results depend on your ski's condition, load, and water conditions, so we don't promise a specific number. We calibrate each tune to get the most out of your ski safely on 93 octane.
Can I go back to stock?
Yes. With the RTD your stock calibration is backed up and you can restore it anytime. Mail-in customers can request a return to stock.
Is my warranty affected?
ECU modifications can affect factory warranty coverage. Most of our Spark customers are past warranty or accept the trade for the performance.
Do you tune other Sea-Doo, Yamaha, and Kawasaki models?
Yes. Sea-Doo through 325hp, all Yamaha WaveRunners, and Kawasaki 15F/Ultra 310 (mail-in). Start at our tuning configurator.
